Yeah, Duane, same here. And that's exactly the response I hope to get out of these interviews. Listening (or reading) through the testimonies of others is a huge encouragement because we can often relate so well. I really enjoyed doing this with Josh.

Thank you for reading, Duane... and for commenting.

I found this intriguing. He's a young guy like me, and I admire the courage he had to pursue what he thought God was asking him to do.

And look at the results. The testimony of his courage inspired me today. Thanks!

Thanks for dropping in, Shawn, and providing the links. I linked up your name in the article too.

That's odd though about your review. I got the impression from it, as Josh said, that it wasn't/isn't a how-to model. Oh well...

Thanks for writing it up anyway.

Ha! It was me that wrote that review you linked to on http://rapidcityyouth.com.

It's funny what Josh said about if people are looking for a "how-to" book, that it will drive them "mad". A few of our youth workers that read this book approached it that way -- probably because of the way I worded my review -- and had that experience. Oh well... my bad, Josh. :)

Overall though, the responses and discussion we had in our Network after reading Josh's book together was tremendous! Y'all should check out the awesome video Josh made for our group: http://rapidcityyouth.com/2010/02/26/my-generation-discussion-questions-with-josh-riebock. Great questions that helped facilitate even greater discussion.
