I've wanted to do a review of this book for a while but kept putting it off. I figured I'd just point to it for now and hopefully share more about it later. Not opposed, but some exchanges with a "real" missionary on the ground in one of those countries led me to some real concern about the results of foreign money being given to missionaries that have no real accountability.
